No. You can try VehiWheel without signing in — your progress is saved on that phone or computer only. Create a free account when you want to save progress online, see statistics, use Premium, or study on more than one device.

How do I choose my state and vehicle type?

The first time you open Practice Tests or Exam Practice, VehiWheel asks for your US state and vehicle type (car, motorcycle, or CDL where available). You can change these later in My Account → Settings on the website, or in Settings in the mobile app. Questions and exam rules match what you select.

We are adding more states over time. What you see depends on the state you select — practice tests, exam rules, and study materials appear when content is available for that state. If something is not ready yet, VehiWheel will let you know or hide that option.

Can I use the same account on the website and on my phone?

Yes. Sign in to the same VehiWheel account on the website, iPhone, and Android (same real email — password or Google). With Premium, your practice progress, exam results, and manual progress are saved online and can appear on your other devices after you sign in. If you studied without an account, that progress stays on the original device until you create an account and sign in.

What languages are available?

The website is available in several languages, including English, Spanish, French, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Chinese. Exam questions follow the language used in your state's test. This Help page is available in the same languages as the rest of the website. Our legal pages are in English for now.

Is VehiWheel an official DMV or MVC product?

No. VehiWheel is an independent study app. We base our questions on official handbook topics and common exam formats, but we are not part of any state motor vehicle agency. Always check your local DMV or MVC for official rules and requirements.

On the Practice Tests page, look for the Continue section — it shows your next unfinished test. Open it to pick up at the next question you have not answered. Your answers are saved as you go.

Yes. After you check your answer, read the explanation to understand why the correct choice is right. This works on the website and in the mobile apps.

Can I reset my practice progress?

Yes. On the website, go to My Account → Data & reset. In the mobile apps, look for a similar option in Settings. This permanently clears your answer progress and cannot be undone, so sign in and make sure your progress is saved online first if you may need it later.

Practice tests let you learn at your own pace and see feedback right away. The exam simulator is timed and feels more like the real written test: a set number of questions, a countdown, and a pass or fail result at the end.

How many questions, how long, and what score do I need to pass?

It depends on your state and vehicle type. For many states, the exam uses about 50 questions, 60 minutes, and 80% correct to pass, with a limit on how many mistakes you can make. Before you start, the exam screen shows the exact rules for your state and vehicle.

Manuals depend on your state. If your state is not supported yet, the link may be hidden or show a message. Make sure the correct state is selected in My Account → Settings, or check back later as we add more states.

How do I create an account?

Website, iPhone, and Android: Sign up with email and password or Continue with Google. Use the same real email everywhere so all of your progress stays on one account. If you sign up with a password, verify your email to unlock all account features.

Will email and Google create separate accounts?

No. You should have one VehiWheel account. Progress is saved on that account. When Google shares a real email that already exists in VehiWheel, we open that same account automatically. Prefer the same email for password signup and Google.

Yes. Continue with Google works on the website, iPhone, and Android. If the email Google shares matches your existing account, you sign into that account in one step.

I didn't receive my verification email — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder and wait a few minutes. Use Resend verification on the login or verify-email page. Links expire after 24 hours — request a new one if yours expired. If you still need help, email us at support with the email address you used to sign up.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email. Open the link in your inbox and choose a new password. The link expires after a while for security — request a new one if needed. Accounts created only with Google may not have a password until you set one through Forgot password or support.

How do I delete my account?

On the website, open My Account, go to Delete account, then confirm in the dialog. This permanently removes your login, linked Google/Apple sign-in, devices, and study progress so you can create a new account with the same email. Web (Stripe) subscriptions are canceled when you delete (trial ends immediately; paid plans cancel at period end). App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled in the store first. You can also email support from the email on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what data is removed.

How do I sign out on all devices?
